- In spite of the lockdown situation, we are thankful to be well.

August 2020 Update

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
We would like to thank you for your encouragement by lifting us up in prayer. We want you to know that we are well and thankful for this. We are under a flexible quarantine right now. This means that we are able to go out and do certain things on appointed days. We try to stay home most of the time except to go out and buy groceries when needed. Also, we have a curfew. We need to be in our homes by four every afternoon, and we can go to the park on the weekends up until noon.
During this time, we are ministering to others  three times a week through meetings on zoom. Leisa has been sewing face masks for Christian doctors in the Beni and others who have asked for them. Also, we cancelled the riverboat trips for this year because the water level will be too low to travel during the dry season and the health situation here. The coronavirus numbers are increasing.
Thank you for your prayers and concern for the ministry here.
Prayer Requests:
- please continue to pray for Enoel's health...he is improving daily, but he's not completely healed
- unfortunately, the boat trips will not take place this year due to the virus
- we will continue to maintain our old vehicle due to the economical crisis
- please pray that the Lord will give us the patience and wisdom to wait upon His direction for the ministry in the near future
