Ministry: Originally from Northern Ontario, I (Alenna) now live in Montreal, Quebec serving as a Campus Minister with InterVarsity. I am stationed at Concordia University and Dawson College, and I also resource Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario. Being shaped by God's Word and led by the Holy Spirit, the purpose of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship of Canada is the transformation of youth, students and graduates, in all their ethnic diversity, into fully committed followers of Jesus Christ. I have the privilege of being able to build relationships with students, equipping and encouraging them to build witnessing communities on campus where students of all different backgrounds can come and catch a glimpse of the goodness of God. It is truly a blessing to journey with students as they discover Jesus at such a critical stage in their lives.

Dear Beloved Partners,

We hope to send a newsletter in the early summer to share about what God has been doing among students in Montreal over the past year. For now, we'd like to share two upcoming events that you can be praying for!

Scripture Camp:
During our annual Scripture Camp (May 4–8), we'll be doing a deep dive into 2 Timothy, closely studying the letter in its entirety. We'll also have multiple workshops looking at leadership, rootedness in Christ, and how to engage opposition faithfully. Please pray for:

Wisdom for teachers and facilitators;
Lots of registrants; and
God's Spirit to move students to faithfulness!

Belize Mission Partnership:
Although we will not be the staff participating, several of our students will be partnering with our Belizian sister movement in May, working with local fellowships to run a conference for high school students. Please pray for:

Blessings in fundraising;
Safe travels; and
Good and God-honouring partnership!
